ABOUT TONY

A.JPG

Tony’s health and fitness journey began with his own transformation. As an inactive, overweight teen with a family history of chronic illness, he knew he had to make big changes. He improved his diet, lost weight, and found a love for movement through dance at 17. This ignited a fascination in the body—how it works, how it moves, and how it changes.

As a professional dancer and avid cyclist, Tony faced serious injuries that pushed him to relearn how to move and recover. With guidance from somatic experts, he gained valuable insight into rehabilitation, resilience, and adaptation. Pilates was a pivotal part of his growth, but a mentor’s advice—“We need people who make people strong”—inspired him to focus on strength coaching.

Today, Tony combines his athletic background with a passion for exercise science, somatic work, Pilates, and years of hands-on, lived experience.

He’s certified as a Personal Trainer (NASM), in Pilates Mat (Kane School), Pre/Postnatal Fitness (ProNatal), and as a Nutrition Coach (Precision Nutrition).
